About This Project

Modification of a production line of road belt (guardrails) for the manufacture also of poles and separators.

The new manufacturing line is designed, built, installed and commissioned (turnkey project):
• Modification of existing roller path.
• Galloping beam for the extraction of posts and separators of the line.
• Press post feeder.
• Ejector of press poles and top of exit.
• Profile manipulator.
• Finished product storage racks.
• Transport carousel of finished product to galvanized zone.
